Youth Boxing

How do you know when you’re ready to participate in your first amateur boxing competition? Like other sports we play, there is a process that must be followed prior to “playing the game!” Keep in mind, that a new boxer can range anywhere from 8 to 48 years of age, give or take. 

 
Boxing/Fitness Group Training

No contact. No problem. 99% of our boxing participants opt out of the full contact training. This doesn't stop us from teaching you the very practical techniques of the "sweet science"!  Come get a great non-contact workout, then grab a ringside seat and enjoy some of the sparring activities of our competitive boxers! 

Monday & Wednesday 6 - 7 pm

Thursday 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Saturday 10 - 11 am
