No contact. No problem. 99% of our boxing participants opt out of the full contact training. This doesn't stop us from teaching you the very practical techniques of the "sweet science"! Come get a great non-contact workout, then grab a ringside seat and enjoy some of the sparring activities of our competitive boxers!
Monday 5pm - 7pm (Youth Academy), 6pm -7pm (adult)
Tuesday (technique) 5:30pm - 7:15pm (Youth Academy), 6:30pm - 7:15pm (adult)
Wednesday 6pm - 7pm (Youth Academy & adult)
