PRESIDENT WHO? And Does It Really Matter?

If our guy/gal doesn’t get elected, do we really have to wait another 4 years for an opportunity to clean up the mess made by an opposing party? Do we somehow think our candidate who won is going to show up in the next few years at our township meetings and throw their weight around to enforce change? If that’s our attitude, and this is reality, then there is upon us a sense of urgency. I used to think the way many others do regarding this scenario until just a few short years ago. The paradigm switch began after March of 2020. A landmark time for all Americans and Patriots of this great Nation. Some searched for a realistic remedy, while others either rode out the storm just hoping the good old days would soon return, or partied like it was 1999 (You down with PPP?). Two things motivate people. One being pleasure, and the other is alleviating pain. For me 2020 was a bit painful. Having the ability to create generational wealth for your family was being snatched from us as if we were a criminal for keeping a business open to the public because we were deemed "non-essential".
There is a term in the psychology field called cognitive dissonance. This cognitive dissonance is described as the mental disturbance people feel when they realize their cognitions and actions are inconsistent or contradictory. This may ultimately result in some change in their cognitions or actions to cause greater alignment between them so as to reduce this dissonance. Relevant items of information include peoples' actions, feelings, ideas, beliefs, values, and things in the environment. Cognitive dissonance is typically experienced as psychological stress when persons participate in an action that goes against one or more of those things. According to this theory, when an action or idea is psychologically inconsistent with the other, people do all in their power to change either so that they become consistent. The discomfort is triggered by the person's belief clashing with new information perceived, wherein the individual tries to find a way to resolve the contradiction to reduce their discomfort. (Thank You Wikipedia!) Sound familiar to any experiences you have had? Store this term in your back pocket as we explain!
Let’s put the “every 4-year theory” to the test by first addressing the hierarchy of this great country called the United States of America. Succinctly put, God created the People. The People created the States, which is nothing more than a "voluntary" political association! The States granted a small number of powers to the federal government. Simple right? It becomes complicated when this reality is flipped around, flopped over, reversed and believed to be something different than the facts. The majority belief today is that the highest power belongs to the federal, which in turn controls the states, and then those States have authority over the People who no longer believe in God!
We think that WE are supposed to serve our public servants and vote them into positions where WE can better serve THEM!. This contorted mindset is proving that we are the peasant (peon). So, if anyone should dare to come along and explain to them that the role of the President is merely a position of public servitude inside of the executive branch of government, which was created by the People for better serving the People, they have difficulty believing it (cognitive dissonance). And where our framers created our Constitution securing a republican form of government, present society has turned the People drunk to believe that America is a democracy where you vote your king into office (ex. King Trump, Queen Harris)!
The truth of the matter is “that all power being originally inherent in, and consequently derived from, the people; therefore all officers of government, whether legislative or executive, are their trustees and servants, and at all times accountable to them.”
Did I just make the above statement up out of thin air? Does this not mean that WE are the kings? “Coach Joe! Are you enjoying edibles and smoking whacky tobaccy while writing this?” People! Wake up!! What I just quoted is directly from Article I, Section IV of the Pennsylvania Constitution! This is what I mean by earlier reference of the term “cognitive dissonance.” You already knew Pennsylvania has a constitution, correct? Start to use it for goodness’ sake! This document is the highest Law of the Land. The Declaration of Rights (some states, Bill of Rights) are your God given inherent rights. Nothing can abrogate them! The State Constitution is the superior of the U.S. Constitution! No attorney can argue this. No attorney is taught this in law school. You crush statutes (created by the legislature) with this! Who created the legislature?! How can he who created the legislature suddenly be ruled over by that which he created! Is this penetrating the cognitive dissonance barrier? (See evidence below)
Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966) page 491 “Where Rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making, or legislation which would abrogate them.”
Maxim of Law: 86a. It would be idle and trite to say that no right is absolute. Orient Ins. Co. v. Draggs, 172 U.S. 557, 566.
Let it sink in. God created the People. The People created the State (legislative, executive, judicial). The State granted certain enumerated powers to the United States (legislative, executive, judicial) (Article I, Section VIII U.S. Constitution), and reserved our rights to everything else not specifically mentioned! The Pennsylvania Constitution protects all your rights both granted and reserved. The Pennsylvania Constitution is much, much, much stronger and broader in scope than the United States Constitution. You were never taught this in school! Neither was I! The only thing taught was vote, vote, vote! Red team, or blue team? The Constitution, nowhere, never anywhere says anything about Democratic/Republican parties!
One more thing. Listen closely because I am going to create even more cognitive dissonance, so you won’t sleep tonight. Just imagine if Donald Trump dumped his entire legal team and stood on his God given RIGHTS as one of the People (from New York, or Florida) sui juris, demanding constitutional due process (not statutory due process) while presenting his case in a court of record, with an impartial judge and a trial by jury (not jury trial) outside of an administrative/legislative tribunal (not a real court), where he could face his affiant/accuser sworn under penalty of perjury. What do you think of the outcome? Do you think his tax cases etc. would still have merit? Would the presiding judge have the ability to go against DJT's RIGHTS as one of the People, which he swore an oath to uphold? Simple math folks!
I hope the People wake a bit to understand a few concepts: 1.) Status and standing determine jurisdiction. 2.) Private rights and the public are separate. 3.) Trial by jury is different from jury trial. 4.) A republic is not a democracy. 5.) Legal is in most cases not lawful.
Do you get why the BAR association doesn’t want the People to learn about their rights? The money lost and an intimidation factor foiled. If you are re-presented in your own court matters, you are up against a statute. If you present your case, you stand on your constitutional rights! Big variance!
Instead of listening to Presidential debates that instantly become classic Saturday Night Live skits, spend some time watching how the Supreme Court has been "pressured" into ratting out the administrative law process which has been suppressing the People's rights for the past eighty plus years! (I'd be happy to show you the cases!) And of course, the media doesn’t want this news to go viral, but it’s too late! We the People will win!
The new President, regardless of party, will be reminded of the fundmental principles of law and the constitutional authority that We The People demand to enforce the obedience of our public servants. This is the atitude that wins your Country back! Not the "red team vs. blue team" attitude!
Change is made now, at the local level, and not every four years. I am not an attorney. Never aspired to that career. Never been to law school, so don't ask me for law advice. Ask me all day long how to use your rights! Come join our free Zoom meeting held twice monthly to learn your status and standing in the law as one of the People! You will learn real law and gain confidence by standing on your rights. Become smarter than any attorney! I have been sending kind love letters to our government servants for the past 4 years, so ask me what works! (Zoom link below! Copy and paste.) See you on the 4th of November. Please invite your attorney!
Thank you, Dave Jose, for being the countries absolute BEST law teacher ever! You, by God, have helped so many in America defeat bad government acts and opened a flood gate to the Supreme Court!
“There will come a day where the farmer, truck driver and many, many Americans will know the law better than any attorney!”-David Jose
